Is It Time To Reset?

If you’re reading this, the answer is YES.
I’ve never been a big believer in cleanses or extended fasts (I technically fast everyday, and so do you), but we have the opportunity to reset in every moment. So we can reset, realign, and re-cleanse our body, mind, and heart RIGHT NOW.
Put away everything else except this journal entry.
Breathe deeeeeply in. SO deeply. Calm your nervous system.
And when you are filled to the brim with fresh air, exhale fully, deliciously. Feel all the air move out of your body. Align your pre-frontal cortex, the part of your conscious brain, and deactivate your fight or flight reactive nature.
Do that again.
FULLY. So fully that you need nothing else to fill you except yummy air.
Hold it. And now, breathe.
COMPLETELY. Empty yourself of everything that has taken up too much space. Unnecessary drama and stories and whatever else you don’t want or need.
Again. Breathe in. And out. Nourish yourself effortFULLY because you deserve it. You are deserving of your own attention to resetting your perfect human system.
